The Raregivers Leadership Training is an curated, in-person gathering designed to inspire, connect, and empower leaders in the rare caregiving space. Taking place at the serene Barrett Family Ranch in Orange, California, this exclusive experience invites a select group of advocates, changemakers, and coalition members to engage in meaningful dialogue, collaborative workshops, and restorative moments.
You’ll leave feeling reenergized, reconnected to your purpose, and ready to lead with renewed clarity and compassion. Many of our attendees share that they often feel isolated in their efforts—this training offers the chance to be seen, supported, and surrounded by others who truly understand.
Access is exclusively for Raregivers Coalition Members (and/or their designated representative)—a dynamic network dedicated to uplifting caregivers through education, awareness, and advocacy.

Information:
Training experiences will include restorative wellness activities, guided reflection, and intimate group sessions with fellow Raregivers™ Coalition members.
You’ll be personally guided through the Raregivers Method—a holistic approach designed to support both personal healing and mission-driven leadership.
Every participant will receive a curated package of self-care tools to deepen the experience and continue the work beyond the weekend.
This exclusive training offers a powerful space for nonprofit leaders to pause, reconnect, and return to their work with renewed purpose and clarity.
The workshop includes:
Purposeful practices for navigating change and uncertainty
Tools, reflections, and rituals to support sustainable self-care
Connection and collaboration with fellow Raregivers™ Coalition members
Restorative experiences designed to engage the senses and nourish the soul
