1. Best Practices for Social Media Collaboration
Tagging:
Instagram & Facebook: Tag @Raregivers directly in posts, reels, and stories.
LinkedIn: Use “@Raregivers” in the caption and in comments for higher visibility.
Twitter/X: Tag @Raregivers at the beginning or end of your tweet.
Hashtags:
Instagram & Twitter/X: Use 5-10 relevant hashtags (#Raregivers #Raregivers100).
LinkedIn & Facebook: Use fewer hashtags (2-3 max) since they’re less effective on these platforms.
Messaging Guidelines:
LinkedIn: Keep messaging professional, highlighting impact and leadership.
Instagram & Facebook: Focus on storytelling and emotional engagement.
Twitter/X: Keep it short and impactful (character limit applies).
How to Tag Someone as a "Collaborator" on Instagram
Using Instagram’s Collaborator Feature allows a post or reel to appear on both your profile and the collaborator's profile, maximizing reach and engagement. This is different from just tagging because it shares the post on both accounts and shows up in both audiences' feeds.
Why Use the Collaborator Feature?

✅ Keeps messaging consistent by avoiding duplicate posts

Step-by-Step: How to Add a Collaborator on Instagram
1️⃣ Create a Post or Reel
Upload image or video, as usual. Write your caption and add hashtags.
2️⃣ Tag a Collaborator
Tap "Tag People."
Instead of just tagging normally, select "Invite Collaborator."
Search for and select @Raregivers (or another board member/partner).
3️⃣ Send the Invite
Post as usual.
The collaborator must accept the invite for it to appear on their profile.
4️⃣ Post Appears on Both Accounts
Once accepted, the post shows up on both profiles with shared engagement (likes, comments, shares).
Both accounts can respond to comments, making it an easy way to engage with the community.
