Leadership Retreat

An Exclusive Wellness and Leadership Experience for Raregivers Coalition Members, hosted by Raregivers.

The Raregivers Leadership Retreat is an intimate, in-person gathering designed to inspire, connect, and empower leaders in the rare caregiving space. Taking place July 11–13, 2025 at the serene Barrett Family Ranch in Orange, California, this exclusive experience invites a select group of advocates, changemakers, and coalition members to engage in meaningful dialogue, collaborative workshops, and restorative moments.

You’ll leave feeling reenergized, reconnected to your purpose, and ready to lead with renewed clarity and compassion. Many of our attendees share that they often feel isolated in their efforts—this retreat offers the chance to be seen, supported, and surrounded by others who truly understand.
